Sump pump without packing for application in normal and medium requirement

Chemical industry, sewage and waste water, water for cleaning in coal and ore preparation, sand and gravel extraction, sintered water, coke breeze water, porous concrete, brick, and clay industries, as well as fresh water supply in sand and gravel mines, etc.


Medium-weight pump construction, vertical construction, in dry and wet application, with open and closed impellers. Bearing support, bearing and E-motor are set up dry. The impeller can be optimally positioned by the adjustment equipment on the bearing mount. One-piece housing with Nihard construction, two-piece housing made of GG 25 with the PU construction. All wear parts are individually changeable and interchangeable.

To be mounted primarily in a pump sump – without foot valve. The installation on a pontoon is possible. Suction system and other fittings omitted.

Robust and over dimensioned standard shaft, lubricated cylindrical and spherical roller bearings, constructed for a life of 60,000 hours of operation. By dismantling the bearing shell on the bearing mount the entire unit, bearing with shaft, can be interchanged quickly and problem-free.

The sump pump is constructed without packing seal. Shaft protection sleeve, packing gland, and sealing and lubrication water are omitted so that considerable costs for maintenance, repairs, and personnel are limited.
